I had to keep chasing them just to get my exchange sorted, which was really frustrating. It felt like they kept leaning on little policy loopholes to delay things instead of just fixing the issue. Way more hassle than it needed to be.

My order showed up and everything was basically correct, the sizes and items were what I picked, so that was good. Shipping did take a bit longer than I expected, but not a huge deal. Overall I’m happy with it, just wish it had arrived a little sooner.....

I just got my dress from demebygabriella.com recently, so the delivery part is still fresh in my mind. It showed up on the exact day they said it would, and the packaging was totally fine, no damage or anything weird.
The only thing that bugged me was the tracking barely updated for about two days, so I wasn’t really sure what was going on. Since it arrived safely and on time, I’m still happy overall, but better tracking would’ve made the experience feel smoother.

I liked the design a lot, but the fabric was thinner than I expected. Maybe I’m just impatient, but I could tell right away it wasn’t as soft or heavy as I was hoping for. It held up fine after one wash, so it’s not bad or anything, I’m just not fully impressed

I ordered a dress from demebygabriella.com, and the photos were close to what showed up... just not exactly the same.

The color looked a little softer on the site, and the fabric seemed nicer in the pictures? In person it was still okay, but not quite as detailed or polished as I expected.

I’ll still wear it, and the sizing was fine, so I’m not really mad about it! I just wish the product photos showed the material a bit more clearly...

I've been using it for a while now and it's held up well. Still feels solid enough and hasnt really given me any issues so far.

A lot of the pieces seem to stop before plus sizes, and the fit details didn’t really clear things up for me. It gave me the impression the site isn’t really thinking about different body types. I’d definitely consider shopping there if they expanded the size range.

The box showed up all smashed, so yeah... the packaging was really disappointing.

I was disappointed with this. The stitching looked messy right out of the package, and after wearing it once, it already started coming loose. For what it costs, I expected better quality. I also wish the instructions or care details had been clearer, because I wasn’t totally sure if there was anything specific I should’ve done before wearing it. Overall, not something I’d buy again...

I mean, it’s nice and it pretty much looks like the photos, so that’s good. But, like, I’m not totally sure it’s worth what I paid for it. The quality is decent and all, I just sort of expected a little more, you know? It’s not bad by any means, but it’s not exactly amazing either.

Customer service wasn’t helpful, not helpful at all. I waited and waited, and when they finally got back to me, they barely did anything to fix the issue.
